CES’s reputation and mission statement is based on our history of completing projects within the established budget and time constraints, as well as the ability to work together with other team professionals and contractors. Any additional services that are not included in the budget are listed on the contract documents.

CES has the local knowledge and experience to maximize site infrastructure efficiently. Site civil infrastructure design will be based on a balance between state and local regulatory agency requirements and cost-saving design techniques.

Design techniques will consist of balancing storm pipe sizing with fill requirements; maximizing the amount from stormwater management areas, and determining the most efficient sizing of utilities. We will work together with other team consultants such as geotechnical consultant, mechanical engineer, architect, and contractor to come up with the most cost-effective site design. We will also attend meetings with the architect, owner and contractor to value engineer the civil site work.
