Andrew Tate – breaking news: No evidence of trafficking or rape charges against brothers, lawyer says

Joe Rogan mocks Andrew Tate’s arrest, hails Greta Thunberg’s tweet

Andrew Tate’s lawyer has claimed there is “no evidence” to support allegations of human trafficking, rape or organized crime against him or his brother.

The former professional kickboxer turned controversial influencer, 36, and his brother Tristan were arrested in Romania last month as part of an investigation by Romania’s Organized Crime Bureau.

Eugen Vidineac, who represents the two brothers, told the Romanian news site thought the defense had not had the opportunity to study the prosecution case.

“I make it clear from the outset that even so far, the criminal investigation file has not been made available to us to ensure an effective defense of our clients.

“In this sense, I would like to point out, at least from this point of view, I am also somewhat surprised, that there is not a single piece of evidence apart from the victim impact statement that leads to the idea that a crime of rape has been committed.”

Earlier, local media reported that the Tate brothers were rushed to hospital after a medical examination.

Andrew Tate’s lawyer says rape and trafficking allegations have no evidence

Lawyer representing Andrew Tate said there was “no evidence” to support allegations of human trafficking, rape or organized crime against the 36-year-old social media influencer or his brother Tristan.

Eugen Vidineac, who represents the two brothers, told the Romanian newspaper online thought the defense had not had the opportunity to study the prosecution case.

The lawyer said several electronic devices were seized in April last year and computer-searched.

He added: “I will point out at the outset that even so far the criminal investigation file has not been made available to us to ensure an effective defense of our clients.

Phil McDuffof last year’s anti-reawakening wave: 2022 has been the year of the “anti-awakening”. It’s the year Elon Musk spent $44 billion on Twitter to beat ‘the Woke Mind Virus’, the year of Florida’s ‘Stop Woke Act’, the American right wing siding with Putin on Ukraine because of his “anti-awakening” credentials. (read, overt homophobia). Woke is in the daily lexicon of MPs and the press.

Julia Hartley-Brewer was simply following the trend and her job description when she joined in the brief Twitter spat between professional misogynist Andrew Tate and climate activist Greta Thunberg. Of course, Hartley-Brewer joined alongside Tate. His more “controversial” views – such as married women being the property of their husbands – can be ignored as simply going a little too far, perhaps because of timely criticism, but necessarily ignored while his opponents are the hated “woke”. lefties” like Thunberg.

Unfortunately for Hartley-Brewer, a day after she said “I would choose the life of Andrew Tate *every time* over the life of a semi-educated, autistic, catastrophic eco-cultist”, Tate had been arrested in Romania on charges of human trafficking, rape and forming an organized criminal group. Hartley-Brewer claimed she doesn’t really know who Tate is, calling it ‘irrelevant’ – for context, Tate has 3.5 million Twitter followers and his TikTok videos have over 13 billion of views – and that may be true, but out of reflex opposing Thunberg, she ended up associating herself with a dangerous, misogynistic, probably criminal, and definitely deeply disagreeable man.
