The good news: After suffering a devastating miscarriage in 2021, singer Jessie J is pregnant again. The bad news: the morning sickness was brutal.

Days after sharing her pregnancy news on Friday, the pop star released a compilation reel documenting the most gruesome and emotional moments of her first trimester. Warning: there is a lot of gagging and at least one bag of vomit in flight.

“I was warned about this first trimester and it was WOOFY WOOF,” the 34-year-old captioned the video on Instagram, which shows her rubbing her pregnant belly, crying and in pain. several times of nausea.

“I can’t even explain to you how bad I feel,” she said at one point. “Look what state I am in.”

Jessie J’s post has drawn sympathy and the likes of stars like Kelly Rowland and Kate Beckinsale. It comes two days after she posted a photo of a positive pregnancy test on Instagram.
