Jeremy Renner is progressing on his healing journey after sustaining serious injuries on New Years Day in a snow plow accident.
According to his sister, the ‘Hawkeye’ star “crushes all progress goals.”
“We are so thrilled with his progress,” Kym Renner told People magazine. “If anyone knows Jeremy it’s that he’s a fighter and he’s no joke. He’s crushing all the progression goals. We couldn’t be more positive about the road ahead.”
According to a log of 911 calls obtained by Fox News Digital, Renner was “completely crushed” under a snowcat and struggled to “breathe” after the crash near his Lake Tahoe home.

The Marvel star was injured by the massive snow plow as he tried to help a family member lift his car off an estimated three-foot snowfall the previous night.
Following his hospitalization, Renner shared updates with fans on Instagram, thanking them for their support.
“Thank you all for your kind words,” he wrote. “I’m too screwed up now to type. But I send love to you all.”

Last week he joked about having an “ICU Spa moment” to lift his spirits after the incident. With Renner’s eyes barely open, he said in a low voice, “It’s the first shower…definitely a week or two…disgusting!”
On Friday, the actor returned to social media to thank medical staff at the hospital for helping him recover.

“Thank you to the renowned ICU medical team for starting this journey,” he wrote on his Instagram Story, alongside a photo of himself lying in a hospital bed surrounded by medical staff.
Renner celebrated his 52nd birthday on January 7 at the hospital, where he has remained since being admitted on New Years Day.
